2. Products and pricing

All products offered on TapBeerTowers.eu are handcrafted copper beer tap columns and towers manufactured individually to order by Bloomlight Group Miłosz Idzikowski.

Prices displayed on the website are net prices (excluding VAT). VAT at the applicable rate (23% for Poland) is added at checkout. Prices are quoted in PLN for the Polish market and EUR for international orders.

All prices are indicative and subject to confirmation in the order acknowledgement. Currency conversion rates are applied at the time of ordering.

3. Orders

An order is placed by:

1. Configuring the product (number of taps, orientation, optional LED medallions)
2. Completing the checkout form with delivery and billing details
3. Completing payment via Autopay / Blue Media

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation e-mail from contact@tapbeertowers.eu. We reserve the right to decline an order in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Production and delivery

All products are made to order. The standard lead time is approximately 10–14 working days from order confirmation. Complex or custom orders may require additional time — we will communicate any delays promptly.

Delivery is arranged by the seller via freight courier. Standard delivery costs are displayed at checkout. For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Please inspect goods upon delivery and report any transport damage within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Autopay / Blue Media S.A. The following methods are accepted: BLIK, bank transfer (online), debit/credit card, and other methods available in the Autopay gateway.

For B2B orders, payment by bank transfer upon invoice may be arranged by prior agreement — contact us at contact@tapbeertowers.eu.

6. Returns and cancellations

Because all products are manufactured to individual specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returns are accepted only in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the agreed specification. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

Cancellations may be accepted before production commences. Once materials are cut or production has started, a cancellation charge may apply.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty under EU consumer law (Directive 2019/771/EU) for consumer buyers. For B2B buyers, warranty terms are subject to individual agreement.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, normal wear, or modifications by the buyer.

8. Intellectual property

All product designs, photographs and content on this website are the property of Bloomlight Group Miłosz Idzikowski and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
